ALBANY COUNTY — The man that police say went on a county-wide spree in November, stealing laptops, phones, and GPS devices from cars pleaded guilty on Tuesday to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony.
Paul Mackey, 34, of Schenectady entered his plea before Thomas A. Breslin in Albany County Supreme Court.
